EMDR INTENSIVES IN SPRINGFIELD & ACROSS OREGON

Your best self is waiting for you to hit pause.

Deep, healing work that truly makes a difference.

You’d give anything to make your life feel “liveable” again.

You're the glue that holds everything together—your family, your job, your community. But even the strongest glue can wear thin, especially when it comes to facing traumatic experiences or something difficult. Traditional talk therapy hasn't provided any type of the relief you’ve been looking for and your jam-packed schedule leaves little room for self-care.

The world keeps turning, yet you’re still feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to move forward. It’s like you’re on your last few minutes of battery and the charger is nowhere to be found—you need relief fast and can’t afford to wait weeks, months, or years to find healing. You need something different now.

Maybe you’re here because…

Something major in your life just happened—a divorce, new job, losing a loved one—and you need support

You feel like your anxiety is getting higher and you’re looking for any sort of peace

A traumatic event—like a car accident, sexual assault, natural disaster, or medical procedure— has turned your life upside down

There’s no way to keep all of the balls in the air, all of the time. It’s okay to set a few down now and then.

What are EMDR Intensives & what can I expect?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a specialized form of therapy that helps you process and make sense of traumatic memories and experiences you’ve had. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR incorporates bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, taps, or sounds, to help the brain reprocess these memories in a more adaptive way so that you can heal and grow. In other words, it’s tapping into your brain’s innate ability to heal. An EMDR intensive takes this kind of therapy and condenses it into a shorter timeline with a thorough, in-depth approach.

EMDR intensives aren’t a “quick fix” or a magic way to cure everything in your life. They offer a deeper connection to yourself, a clearer understanding of your triggers and how to cope, and a renewed sense of joy. You can expect to embrace nature, get creative, and engage your inner child, all while releasing what no longer serves you. While the journey can be tiring, you’ll feel the deep relief it provides for your anxious thoughts and the healing it brings to your soul. So trust in the process, take a break, and let me guide you toward your best self—trust me, I've got you every step of the way.

The intensive process

A retreat for your heart, mind, body, and soul.

To get started, there’s a 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit to work together. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions and we can decide if an EMDR intensive is an appropriate type of therapy that is right for your situation.

Once you commit to an intensive, a 50% non-refundable deposit will hold your date(s) and you’ll receive a Personalized Treatment Workbook to complete to prepare for our work together. The remaining 50% balance will be due the morning of the intensive session.

What happens next…

  • This is all about building connection and trust. Together, we’ll go over your completed workbook and establish what grounding techniques and resources best suit you and set specific goals for your intensive work.

  • I’ll tailor the intensive to fit your unique needs. This will include a variety of activities including EMDR, expressive arts, mindfulness, and even some time in nature.

You can choose from 1, 2, or 3 consecutive days of intensive sessions:

    • 1 day intensive: $1600

    • 2 day intensives: $2200

    • 3 day intensives: $2800

  • Here, we’ll be able to discuss your thoughts and feelings about the intensive itself. You can tell me what you learned, ask additional questions, or discuss anything you feel like you still need.

This journey looks different for everyone. I've planned these therapy sessions to be thorough and personal, so we can take our time to help you feel supported and comfortable. This is all about making sure you're feeling your best so you can truly thrive.

EMDR intensives can help you…

  • Feel more relaxed & decrease tension

  • Connect with your inner self

  • Find clarity in your desires

  • Know how to address old habits or patterns if they arise in the future

  • Take on life’s challenges with confidence

  • Discover deep joy

  • Renew your strength & invigorate your soul

  • Increase self-compassion & self-worth

  • You’re a good fit for EMDR intensives if you’re looking for transformative relief, through a rapid, different type of experience compared to traditional talk therapy. If you’ve struggled with any recent safety, high-risk, suicidal ideation, destructive, or self-harming behaviors, an EMDR intensive is not the best option at this time. I recommend consistent trauma-focused therapy for help and support around these trauma symptoms.

  • I currently offer 1-3 day intensives. While the length of these sessions differs, the formatting remains the same with a personalized treatment workbook, a comfortable environment, snacks and beverages, and creative supplies.

  • Therapy intensives require a minimum of 1 week’s notice to cancel.

  • I realize intensives are a big investment, but their transformative impact on personal growth and well-being makes every moment and dollar worth it in the end. These prices include a 90 minute pre-assessment session, 3 hours of therapy, and a 60 minute post-follow up session.

    • 1 day intensive: $1100

    • 2 day intensives: $1700

    • 3 day intensives: $2300
